Every new campaign has five steps. Follow-ups become eligible ten days after the previous successful send; safety and rate limits can delay sending.

Created as a draft. Upload leads and use the normal launch controls in ColdMail. Missing approved copy holds the affected campaign. Caps are maximums, not guaranteed volume.
