Replies are detected through IMAP, not directly on this VPS. If a reply appears in webmail but not here, use the Replies tab and run an IMAP test for that sending account.
System Health Check
Use this when something breaks so you can see whether the issue is SMTP, IMAP, server group, queue, campaign setup, or account cooldown.
The normal health check is safe and does not send emails. The live checks only test login/connect for 1 sample account per server group. They do not send emails.
General health report: manual broad Health tab report. For PuTTY commands, use the Raw PuTTY report below. For patch handoff, use Patch Reports / Project Files and download SHARE_AFTER_UPDATE_latest.txt plus SHARE_FULL_HEALTH_CHECK_latest.txt.
Project Files command:
Run this after every stable update to refresh the 6 handoff files, or before starting a new AI chat.

Advanced: Custom Full Health Script Manager
Optional. Paste the full UI-safe health script here, save it, and run it from the browser. This is for diagnostics only. Destructive commands are blocked. Do not paste passwords.
Full A to Z system test: this creates a visible test campaign, sends 1 real email through the campaign queue, waits for delivery, sends an automatic reply back, runs reply checking, and confirms the reply appears in Unibox. Default wait is 12 attempts, 15 seconds apart for each receive stage.
Auto Account Pool: when this is on, healthy verified sending accounts are automatically available to all campaigns. Deleted, failed, disabled, unverified, and cooldown accounts are skipped and pending emails are rebalanced to healthy accounts.

Rolling mailbox pacing: the saved daily target and matching full-day randomized gap are enforced for every sending mailbox. The current values load directly below.

Sending Accounts
Upload your CSV with email, sender_name, smtp_host, smtp_port, smtp_user, smtp_password, smtp_security, imap_host, imap_port, imap_user, imap_password, imap_ssl, daily_limit, reply_only, server_group, server_label, server_ip. Sending mailboxes inherit the current rolling target from Health Check. Each VPS is capped at 5 submissions per minute and 1 SMTP connection.
No tracking is enabled. The system sends plain text only, with no open pixels, no click tracking, no link rewriting, and no custom tracking headers.

SMTP upload rule: all accounts on the same VPS must use the same server_group. Different VPS servers must use different server_group values so the Contabo limiter can protect each server separately.
server_groupRequired for grouping. Example: vps_169_58_21_148
server_labelFriendly name for you. Example: Contabo Server 1
server_ipActual VPS IP. Example: 169.58.21.148
server_email_limit_per_minute5 (enforced maximum)
server_max_smtp_connectionsAlways keep 1 for safest sending
health_agent_urlOptional remote VPS health helper URL for true outbound port 25, disk, CPU, memory, and mail queue checks
health_agent_tokenOptional bearer token for the health helper
Upload accounts first, then run slow validation. Accounts become enabled only after SMTP and IMAP both pass.
Account Send Logs
Use this to see SMTP errors, failed sends, sent messages, and reply-sent logs by account or server group.
Lead Manager
Blacklist domains
Paste domains and submit to block every email address at those exact domains across all campaigns. Matching leads are removed from active sending, and future imports and followups are blocked. Sent messages and reply history stay saved.
Up to 500 domains per submission. Add subdomains separately when needed. Emails that have already started delivery cannot be recalled.
Filter leads by status, export the current view, delete selected leads, or delete all leads matching the current filter. Sent history and reply history are kept for analytics.
Use this area for management only. To add new leads, open Campaigns, edit the campaign, then upload that campaign's lead file.
Move leads to another campaign
Moved leads are copied as fresh leads in the target campaign. Send history, reply history, and queue history are not copied. Bounced or suppressed leads are skipped unless the override box is checked.
This removes leads from campaign lead lists and removes unsent pending queue items. Sent history and replies stay saved.
Campaigns
Open a campaign to manage analytics, leads, sequences, schedule, and options in one place.
Add, map, preview, import, clear, and review leads for this campaign. Large files import in the background.
Duplicate protection is on by default. Leads already present in another existing campaign are skipped unless you allow them below. Suppressed emails and domains are skipped unless the verified prior-human-reply option is enabled. Large CSV files are processed in the background in chunks, so the browser does not need to wait for the full import.
Opt-outs, bounces, manual suppressions, suppressed domains, and addresses without verified human-reply history remain blocked.
Step 1
Each step supports variants A to Z
Steps
Variants for active step
Create Campaign
Plain text only. No HTML, no tracking, no pixels, no link rewriting.
Randomize spacing per mailboxMailbox pacing now protects the real per-account 24h spacing. Campaign spacing is still kept for extra randomness.
Automatic greeting:{{leadGreeting}} becomes Hi FirstName, when a usable first name exists, or Hello, when it does not. The placeholder itself is never sent. Use Preview to verify both cases.
Select a variant on the left, edit subject/body, then save. Existing live campaign variants update for future sends.
Schedule
Campaign launch and pause controls. The protected server group limiter still controls the real sending pace.
Keep mailbox pacing enabled in Health Check to enforce the saved rolling 24-hour target. Connection safety remains capped at 5 submissions per minute and 1 SMTP connection per server group.
Options
Select sending accounts, use all enabled accounts, rebalance pending queue, or delete the campaign.
Launch checklist
Delete campaign
This removes the campaign, its steps, variants, leads, pending queue, and import history. Sent logs and saved replies stay available for record keeping. A confirmation popup will appear before anything is deleted.
Analytics
Main analytics for sent volume, reply rate, bounces, opportunities, account health, campaigns, variants, and daily movement. Still no open tracking, click tracking, pixels, link rewriting, HTML tracking, or custom campaign headers.

Pre-send Verification Pilot
A separate four-server matched test. Only an explicit nonexistent-mailbox response can skip a first email; uncertain responses continue normally.

Replies
Automatic checking scans the connected sending inboxes. All contains saved messages except automated mail, bounces and Negative replies. Primary contains genuine human campaign replies, including Positive. Negative replies appear only in their Negative folder and are automatically blacklisted. Unmatched mailbox traffic, automated mail, and bounces remain available in their own views.
Add a tag folder using 1 phrase per line. Commas are allowed inside a phrase, so write sure, you can send on one line if that is the full phrase. Duplicate phrases are not allowed in another folder. Bounces, out of office, auto replies, opt outs, and negatives are handled before positive matching.

Suppression List
Add emails or domains manually, upload a CSV or TXT file, or connect a public Google Sheet link. Manual entries, uploaded files, and Google Sheet sync add both the email and its domain. If the sheet contains salman@example.com, example.com is also blacklisted. Replies and bounces auto suppress only the exact email, not the whole domain.
Find and remove manually: search any email or domain in the suppression list, then remove it safely. Removal recomputes affected lead flags in the background.
